Refund policy
Due to the nature of the product (personal care goods) we only offer a refund should your item be damaged upon arrival.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at hello@beardnecessitiesuk.com immediately with a photo of the defective, damaged or wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your item is damaged we can offer you an exchange. Please contact hello@beardnecessitiesuk.com
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been both received and examined by a member of the Beard Necessities team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit/credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.
